A day at Potzdammer Platz

Berlin Library

A communist spy parks his Simpson motorbike outside the library. Inside he is to meet an agent, reading War and Peace in a lounge area. Though he never makes it. He is dragged off the cobbled stones and arrested.

No, this isn’t a spy scene. The wall is gone and all is forgotten, but reminders of Berlin’s past appear in the strangest places.

Berlin

A fun image I created. The roof of the building is real, the fire is the German flag.

Au revoir Paris

An image that I put up for the countdown for my trip to Berlin and Barcelona. This is taken at La Defance in Paris.

Barbican Disco

The Barbican Center in London. With my friend Aline photoshoped into the image.

V&A Fun

This was a fun day at the V&A in London. I used a magnifine-glass in the miniature portrait gallery and took a 'portrait' shot of everyone.

An enjoyable trip to London

The Game, The Louvre, Paris.

Walking by these two figures in the Louvre one would be mistaken into thinking they had suddenly come alive. Their eyes meet, drapery flaps about and then suddenly they skid to a stop. Panting and staring happily at each other, one knows that he has won ‘by an arm’s length at least’ but he never says a word.

Sainte Chapelle

This church has the most beautiful stained glass windows! I was also lucky enough to listen to a concert here and watch the sunset through the stained glass. This was also an edited image for Lior and I's 6 month anniversary.

Notre Dame

Sculptures in Notre Dame.

Parc André-Citroën

This park is a wonderful mix of platforms huge open spaces of grass and intimate gardens. It works very well when festivals occur in it and is a pleasure to walk around on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Reflections

One is confronted with this ominous building as soon as you step out of the metro. It makes you feel like you have stepped into the future.
A building close to the Andre Citroen Park.

Bastille Day

Bastille day was a wonderful experience! You cant help but have a great amount of respect for the French after such a celebration.

The Kiss

The Kiss by Rodin, reinterpreted by me.

Snow White 2

Are they dancers? Or performers? During the course of an unusual football match, these Snow Whites will give you a somewhat more edgy taste than what you are used to from Disney (Taken from the PELOUSES AUTORISEES brochure) This was an event at the Parc La Villette, where 20 Snow whites, in identical PVC costumes paraded around the park and re-enacted a football match, only their manner was very strange indeed. They would stop randomly and pose, and rather than shy away from cameras and onlookers, they would stop and allow you to get a closer look.

Snow White

Snow White, a flesh and blood representation of this fairy tale character, has come to invade the spaces of our everyday lives. After having infiltrated Berlin, Moscow and Rome, Snow White now appears on the roll call of Pelouses autorisees in Paris. (Taken from the PELOUSES AUTORISEES brochure)

To you

This image is dedicated to one person that makes me feel like no other does. Even though Paris is more spectacular than I could ever have expected it to be, it is but a mere skeleton without him.

Dan Brown Nightmare

If it weren't for that infernal book of his, there would never be all these sappy tourists ALL OVER the Louvre, but I guess it creates just another opportunity to see how people interact with space.

The Louvre

The Louvre is an intimidating place, halls, passageways, colonnades and courtyards full of millions of pieces, from a scarab the size of a rice grain to paintings that cover an entire wall. It is not a place to be visited in just one day.

ARAB world institute

This building is a tad boring and hostile, so I decided to liven it up a little.

Rest in peace

I find it necessary to make some gesture to the passing of my Grandfather, even though I never really got to know him, I find it necessary to make peace with my ancestors, and this is the only way in which I can think of doing it.

Musee d'Orsay

The Orsay is just so amazing! Forget about the Architecutre; Monet, Manet, Cézanne, Van Gogh and it goes on and on. Olympia (1863) by Edouard Manet completely blew me away.

Luxembourg

This is an edit of an interesting sculpture in the Jardin du Luxembourg.

Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower didn't end up being as big as I though it would be, but that doesnt make it any less impressive. The Eiffel Tower has no less than 30 towers that emulate its design, with another 15 scaled towers around the world.
